How to Use Your Tenji Concepts Client Portal:
A Simple Step-by-Step Guide
At Tenji Concepts, we want to make it as easy as possible for you to track your orders, view your proofs, and stay in touch with our team. That’s why we’ve built a dedicated client portal just for you! Here’s a quick guide to help you get the most out of your portal experience—no tech skills required.
1. Accessing the Portal
You’ll receive a direct link from Tenji (usually by email) that looks like this:
https://portal.tenji.com.au/INV-2025-02100
Each link is unique to your order—just click it, and you’re in! No login or password needed.
2. What You’ll See on the Portal Page
When you open your link, you’ll find everything you need in one place:
- Order Status & Progress: See exactly where your order is in the process with a clear progress timeline.
- Proofs Gallery: Preview the latest artwork or print proofs for your order. Click any image to view it larger or download it.
- Finished Photos: Once your project is complete, view high-quality photos of the finished product.
- Shipping & Tracking: If your order is on the way, you’ll see tracking details and carrier info.
- Message Box: Have a question? Need to clarify something? Just type a message and it goes straight to the Tenji team.

3. Checking Your Order Progress
The top of the page shows your order’s current stage—like “Proof Stage”, “Production in Progress”, or “Dispatched”. You’ll also see a visual timeline so you always know what’s next.

4. Previewing & Downloading Proofs
- Scroll to the Proofs section.
- Click any proof image to view it larger.
- Right-click the image (or tap and hold on mobile) to download it if you need to save a copy.

5. Viewing Finished Photos
Once your order is complete, you’ll see professional photos of your finished product in the Finished Photos section—perfect for sharing with your team or clients.
6. Shipping & Tracking
If your order is shipped, you’ll find:
- Carrier name (e.g., FedEx, StarTrack)
- Tracking number (with a direct link to track your shipment)
- Shipping status and date
7. Sending a Message to Tenji
At the bottom of the portal, you’ll find a message box. Type your question or feedback and hit “Send”—your message goes directly to our team and is linked to your order for fast, personalised help.
